A "Real" MINI Road Rally...

  • Cost:  $10

Even though we have had tons of fun during our MMCA Road Rallies, I’d like to plan another type of rally.  This road rally would be timed and consist of riddles and maybe even a scavenger hunt!  It is also a rally where you would need to have a co-pilot to help you solve riddles and find clues…  Cost $10, Prizes to be awarded at the end!

Chena Hot Springs; Midnight Sun Festival

  • Location:  Carr's Eagle River
  • Destination:  Chena Hot Springs, Fairbanks

A great opportunity to enjoy the warmth of summer in Fairbanks and celebrate Summer Solstice!  We would drive up the morning of 6/18 and have a final destination of Chena Hot Springs.  You could easily make this an overnight trip and stay for the Midnight Sun Festival scheduled the next day.

Come on down to show your MINI at the Bear Paw Car Show!  Registration is free and done at the event.  Meeting is at 5:30 in the Carr's parking lot; staging to be done on Business Blvd by 6:00.

Bear Paw Parade

  • Cost:  $35 (for 1-14 MINIs)

Many different car clubs participate in the annual Bear Paw Parade.  The total cost would be $35 for up to 14 MINIs (so the cost won't exceed $35--it's $35 for one or $35 for 14...).  The $35 would be split between the participants...

Cooper's Landing Rally & Poker Run

  • Locaton:  Carr's Huffman
  • Destination:  Cooper's Landing
  • Eats: TBD (Kenai Princes Lodge, or other...)
  • Cost: $10 Buy-In

For reasons that should be obvious, we are traveling again this year to Cooper's Landing!  But this time we're going to incorporate a Poker Run into the rally: At every stop (5 total), every MINI gets a card from one deck of cards (2 decks will be used if needed).  A the end of the rally, the best hand wins!
